I was only a year in, and I had sales that beat all my projections, but I had a business that was on the edge of bankruptcy. My personal and mental health were in a horrible place. I couldn’t believe I had found myself here, in this place that this amazing idea I had, this beautiful thing that I had created was on the verge of complete and utter failure.
I had a decision to make. Shut it down, walk away and live with that anguish. Or buckle down, examine everything, dive into learning and turn it around. I chose the second and I discovered SO many things about business, about bridal and about myself along the way.
